Moon Beast - Werewolf Character Redux

So I've wanted to revisit this character I came up with as sort of a chaotic alignment character for Lunar Diaries. Moon Beast isn't good or evil, she is driven more by complex emotions and situational factors. I'm working on her backstory but the summary I have now is that she was an unwilling part of a military research project to weaponize lycanthropy and create the ultimate beast/human hybrid soldier. The formula was given to select children from infancy but the mortality rate was high and the project was abandoned. A couple of children survived the project but since they didn't exhibit any indications of effect from the experiment, they were left to live their lives.

Obviously, one girl has exhibited extreme effects. As I build out that part of the story I will have more details. I do have a character bio but I'm refining it now as I'm writing out stories.
